Notary Services

As a courtesy to the citizens of the Town of Berlin the Town Clerk’s Office offers FREE notarization for Berlin residents.

Notary Services are available during regular office hours Tuesday-Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM.

The following documents CANNOT be notarized by the Town Clerk’s Office:
  • Wills
  • Power of Attorney Forms
  • I-9 employment verifications
  • Any documents in a foreign language unless translated on the document.
  • Transfer of Property documents
