RESOLUTION NO. 2021 – 002
2021 Division F Phase I Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan
WHEREAS, the Division F (Phase I) Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan has been updated in accordance with FEMA requirements at 44 C.F.R. 201.6;
AND WHEREAS, the Town of Berlin has reviewed the plan, submitted an amendment, and affirms that the plan will be updated no less than every five years;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Berlin, in the State of Alabama, that the Town of Berlin adopts the 2021 Division F (Phase I) Regional Hazard Mitigation plan as amended and resolves to execute the actions identified.
ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL this the 17th day of May, 2021.
