RESOLUTION NO. 2020 – 013
ADOPTING MILEAGE RATE FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Berlin, Alabama, has convened an organizational meeting at 7:00 PM on the 2nd day of November, 2020;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Berlin, in the State of Alabama, that the Town of Berlin shall reimburse all employees and officials whom are entitled to reimbursement under current and future reimbursement policies for use of their personal vehicle in an amount per mile equal to the Optional Standard Mileage Rates as issued by the Internal Revenue Service each year, as amended. The current rate effective 2020 is 57.5 cents per mile.
