RESOLUTION NO. 2022 – 002
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Berlin, Alabama, has convened a regular meeting at 7:00 PM on the 17th day of January 2022;
AND WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Berlin has unanimously voted to accept all American Rescue Plan funds as the Standard Allowance of Revenue Loss to be used for qualified government services;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Berlin, in the State of Alabama, that the Town of Berlin, Alabama will accept all American Rescue Plan funds as the Standard Allowance of Revenue Loss to be used for qualified government services.
ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL this the 17th day of January 2022.
