RESOLUTION NO. 2022-001-AWARD FOR BUSH HOGGING MOWING
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN, ALABAMA, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Town of Berlin received sealed bids for bush hogging and mowing of municipal property at its Town Hall located at 461 County Road 1615, Cullman, Alabama, at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 17, 2022., and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were publicly opened and read aloud January 17, 2022, at Town Hall, and
WHEREAS, Glen Laney, has been determined to be the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Berlin, Alabama, a municipal corporation that said bid is hereby awarded as follows:
ITEM 1 GLEN LANEY $100/PER CUT
WHEREAS, Steve Clark, has been determined to be the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Berlin, Alabama, a municipal corporation that said bid is hereby awarded as follows:
ITEM 2 STEVE CLARK $800/PER CUT
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Town Clerk of the Town of Berlin are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all documents to enforce this resolution.
