RESOLUTION NO.2022-009
Division F Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan
WHEREAS, the Division F (Phase II) Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan has been updated in accordance with FEMA requirements at 44 C.F.R. 201.6;
WHEREAS, the Division F Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan was created in two phases, with previous approval of Phase 1 by the Town of Berlin; and
AND WHEREAS, the Town of Berlin has reviewed the plan, submitted an amendment, and affirms that the plan will be updated no less than every five years;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Berlin, in the State of Alabama, that the Town of Berlin adopts the 2022 Division F (Phase II) Regional Hazard Mitigation plan as amended and resolves to execute the actions identified.
