RESOLUTION NO. 2024-002
TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS WITH CCR ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, The Town Council of the Town of Berlin has previously selected CCR Architecture & Interiors for architectural services related to the farmers market expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN, ALABAMA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized to act on behalf of the Town Council to execute contracts and related documents that may arise between the Town of Berlin and CCR Architecture & Interiors for architectural services related to the farmers market expansion.
Section 3. This agreement shall become effective October 21, 2024.
