The undersigned hereby certify that in accordance with Section 11-46-26 of the Alabama Code of 1975, as amended, that without opposition, Eudon G. Bates was elected to the office of Councilmember Place 4 of the Town of Berlin, Alabama, for the term commencing on the first Monday of November 2025.
