- Meeting called to order by Mayor Bates at 7:00pm.
- Roll call by Clerk Connie Duke, all Council members present.
- Mayor asked for public comments, there were none.
- Approved minutes of June 17, 2019 meeting. Motion by Donald Gunter, 2nd by Bud Reed. Passed 6-0.
- Mayor presented annexation request by Melba Smith and Joann Reid on the east side of Co Rd 747.
- Motion to suspend the rules and vote on request made by Jimbo Quick, 2nd by Donald Gunter.
- Mayor asked for roll call vote: Mayor Bates-yes, Donald Gunter-yes, Jimbo Quick-yes, Matthew Blair-yes, Don Bates-yes, Bud Reed-abstain. Passed 5-0.
- Motion to accept annexation by Don Bates, 2nd by Matthew Blair.

- Mayor opened discussion of Town hall and Property. Council discussed possibility of building from Company in Double Springs, Container office option or storage building type from CalYo buildings. Matter tabled for more research.
- Motion to approve invoices and payroll by Donald Gunter, 2nd by Jimbo Quick. Passed 6-0.
Other business discussion of year to date on budget and 2020 budget. - Motion to adjourn by Don Bates, 2nd by Donald Gunter. Passed 6-0.
