RESOLUTION NO. 2025-018
A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF TOWN ATTORNEY 

WHEREAS, by the council of the Town of Berlin, Alabama that the Honorable Heath Meherg., Attorney at Law, be appointed to the office of Town Attorney and that he shall hold such office until the next general election or until his successor is elected and qualified.

WHEREAS, that the said town attorney shall be paid for the above services as town attorney and at a rate of $190.00 per hour for services rendered.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of Berlin, Alabama does approve the above.

This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 3^rd day of November 2025.
